Hey everybody,
So I figured I would let you all know whats happening here in the Rockies.
It is starting to get very cold at night around freezing, I am not ready for the snow which is coming very soon. The foliage is way different then New York but the gold aspens are very beautiful.
I found out today that I will be getting the Cucina Rustica Chef position this winter, its Tuscan food which seems like a good fit. Its only a seasonal job because the restaurants only open from november to april but in that time I will make more than I did all of last year which is a plus.
I miss all of you and I am trying to figure out a way to come home sometime before the season kicks off but its looking less likely now that my truck has broken down.

Thanks for posting! I am so happy that everyone is starting to come around and use this blog to share news and their lives in general. We are all thinking of you, just as much as you are of us.
I am so thrilled that you got this new position. You will be great. I know it! I am beginning to settle in to Strong. A week or so ago I came off orientation, so now I am at least thinking about some vaca time in the future. I would love to come out for a visit. Keep us updated with how things progress.
