Aunt Mary was able to breathe a sigh of relief this weekend as Darin walked across the stage at the Blue Cross Arena and received his diploma from St. John Fisher College. Grandma, Aunt Jen and Uncle Jiggs as well as the Chapel street clan were all there to help Darin celebrate his big day! We all anxiously awaited for Darin to go up and receive his Bachelors degree, and Aunt Mary even yelled out a woo-hoo when they called his name! As you can see here, Emma was intently watching and waiting for her Uncle D to graduate!
Afterwards we took a bunch of pictures in the lobby and outside and then we went to have some lunch at the Thirsty Turtle. At the Turtle, Aunt Jen and Uncle Jiggs tried their luck at Quick Draw, with no success, and Emma played a quick game of pool with her daddy while he wasn't busy working.
It was a very nice day and we were all proud of Darin for graduating and getting his diploma--which Aunt Mary calls her $60,000 piece of paper!
